Before using our site or services in any way, we require full compliance to the following terms and conditions. If you do not, or will not, comply with all of these terms and conditions you are prohibited from using our site and/or services.

Midwest Home Tour / midwesthometour.com / mwhometour.com / or any of our .com affiliates (Us / We / Our / or Similar) provide an advertising service and forum only. We in no way represent the client, property seller, or buyer listed on or using this site in any way. We are not liable in any way for the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of any information, advertising, or listing on this site. All information regarding properties listed on this site, or advertisments on this site, is the sole responsibility of the seller, owner, and/or advertiser.  Information on this site may not be up to date.

Returned checks are subject to a $39 fee. Any client, or potential client, not available for a scheduled photo shoot, or appointment, that may or may not require rescheduling, is subject to a fee of $39 to offset our costs. To avoid this fee all rescheduling notice needs to be at least 24 hours in advance.  Clients are required to provide a safe environment for showing, viewing, and/or photo-shoot of property.

All signs provided to the client are to remain the property of Midwest Home Tour and are to be secured by the client. Signs can be delivered to clients site address for a fee of $15 (free with purchase of photoshoot). Clients may pickup signs from us for free. All signs are to be returned in the same condition as they were received in. All signs are to be returned to Midwest Home Tour within 10 days after the sale of a property, or within 10 days after the expiration of the listing (whichever occurs first); otherwise, client may be subject to loss of all or part of the deposit. We can pick up all signs (at listing completion) at your fsbo proprety for a fee of $15 (customer must notify us of this request within 10 days of listing expiration or property sale).  Upon return and/or pickup of signs: inspection of the signs will take place and any damage will be taken out of the deposit. Deposit will then be mailed to, or delivered to, client. All sign placement must comply with government and/or city regulations. Client agrees to contact city, county, or other authorities having jurisdiction, regarding sign placement and to be fully liable for sign placement compliance. Before placing any sign you may be required to contact utilities to locate buried cables or pipes. Client is fully responsible for signs and fully liable for any fines, fees, damage, injury, etc. during the time that the signs are in clients care. Client is obligated to display the large yard sign, in the yard of the property, until the property sells or the listing expires, this includes agents and realtors using our services. 

Site visitors and users are prohibited from soliciting, spamming, offering to sell any products or services, to property owners listed on this site. This includes attempting to have clients also list with other fsbo or realty services. This will be considered harassment and will be reported to authorities having jurisdiction. After the sale of a property, clients, agents, or realtors are not allowed to keep a listing active for the purpose of directing traffic to them or other properties.

All listing packages are for the duration and terms of the package and payment is required at the initial time of service. All clients are required to notify us within 24 hours after the property is sold. All prices are for package purchased and there is no prorating of fees if a listing is discontinued prior to the package duration. No refunds will be given for any reason. In the event that a property is advertised on our site by a real estate agent or someone other than the property owner: if that listing is terminated and owner wishes to continue the listing; full package pricing applies as this is considered a new listing.

The client agrees to not use any other for sale by owner service provider and/or fsbo listing website during the time that the said property is also listed with and/or advertised by our service. 

You may not copy or modify any information found on this site unless you are the client or you are printing information about a property such as a ‘flyer’ for the purposes of viewing the property as a possible buyer.

All pictures and information found in property listings is the property of, and will remain property of, Midwest Home Tour. All pictures on this site are for advertising purposes only. Pictures on the homepage, or other pages of this site, may be examples for advertising purposes only and may not be properties that were ever actually listed on this site.

We are NOT real estate agents, appraisers, brokers, tax professionals, or attorneys. All information, reports, forms, tips, advice, or suggestions found on this site, or given by us personally, is only our opinion and in no way considered to be accurate or true. Our site is for listing of properties for sale or for rent only. It is advised that all buyers, sellers, or other users of this site consult a tax professional, broker, agent, realtor, appraiser, home inspector, and/or attorney prior to making any contact or offers on a property and/or buying, listing, or selling any property.

You are prohibited from using any action, device, script, or software that could circumvent our standard navigational site use, or attempt to gain access to any areas of this site you are not authorized to access. This includes attempting to access administration areas or attempting to view any script.  You agree that you will not cause any action that could cause an unusually large load or any negative effect on our site, database, and/or servers.

Any and all users and advertisers on this site will not use any derogatory advertising, including profanity and or pornography. We reserve the right to delete or stop any advertising, or property listings, on our site for any reason. All site users, sellers, clients, and advertisers will comply to federal fair housing act of 1968 which makes it illegal to advertise or discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

You agree that some links on this site may take users to other web sites that we do not control and that we do not monitor for accuracy, content, or other.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are exclusive property of Midwest Home Tour and their respective owners. You shall not use the Marks in any manner without Midwest Home Tour and their respective owners' prior written consent.

 
Midwest Home Tour, its employees, associates, and or owners are in no way liable for any loss, damage, loss of business, personal injury, or other loss resulting from using our advertising, site, signs, or services.

We are in no way liable for any interruption in service, technical problems, or downtime, due to: servers, software, computers, equipment, hosting providers, networks, or internet service providers.

All advertisers or service providers listed on this site, other than Midwest Home Tour, assume full liability for their information and/or services provided.
